DOF Group ASA - Exercise and settlement of share options (PDMR notice)

Certain primary insiders of DOF Group ASA (the "Company") have today exercised share options in the Company against cash settlement. The share options were granted in August 2025 as part of the Company's long-term share option scheme for senior executives. For further information about the option scheme and vesting schedule, please refer to the stock exchange notice published by the Company on 20 August 2025 regarding grant of share options.

The amount payable per share option exercised is NOK 132.86 (equal to the average volume-weighted price of the Company's shares traded on the Oslo Stock Exchange over the last five trading days) less the strike price of NOK 82.55 (the original strike price of NOK 95.91 per share adjusted for dividends paid since the grant date).

The following primary insiders have exercised options:

Mons S. Aase, CEO, has exercised 70,000 options. Following the exercise, he holds 140,000 options and 716,026 shares in the Company.

Marianne Møgster, EVP Marine and Asset Operations, has exercised 41,250 options. Following the exercise, she holds 82,500 options and 168,084 shares in the Company.

Toril Træen, EVP People and Organisation, has exercised 30,250 options. Following the exercise, she holds 93,500 options and 26,085 shares in the Company.
