Cereno Scientific's cardiovascular disease drug candidate CS1 has shown potential for clinical benefit both in preclinical studies as well as in the ongoing phase II study in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), as underlined by the FDA's recent approval of CS1 for "Compassionate Use" in patients that have completed the PAH study.
