Besqab AB: Buyback of shares in Besqab during September 7-11, 2026
Besqab AB (publ) (LEI code: 549300XFVKDYCN5GR726) ("Besqab" or the "Company") has, during the period 7 September to 11 September 2026, repurchased a total of 77,000 of its own shares (ISIN code: SE0010547786) within the framework of one of two repurchase programs initiated by Besqab's Board of Directors for the purpose of adjusting the Company's capital structure. The first repurchase program amounts to a maximum of SEK 25 million, runs until 24 October 2026, and is structured in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and the Safe Harbour Regulation. The second repurchase program amounts to SEK 25 million, runs until 24 October 2026, and is structured in accordance with Nasdaq Stockholm's regulatory framework.
The repurchases during the period were carried out as part of the repurchase program of up to SEK 25 million announced by Besqab on 8 June 2026, which runs from 9 June 2026 up to and including 24 October 2026. The repurchase program is being conducted in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation"). The purpose of the repurchase program is to optimize the Company's capital structure and to fulfill obligations related to Besqab's incentive programs.

All repurchases have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) on behalf of Besqab. Following the aforementioned repurchases, Besqab's holding of treasury shares amounts to 1,358,583 shares as of September 11, 2026. The total number of outstanding shares in Besqab is 113,887,874.
