BTC AB has submitted an application for its shares and warrants to be admitted to trading on the OTC Markets in the United States. The company is already listed on Spotlight Stock Market in Sweden.

As a bitcoin investment company, BTC AB holds a global asset and sees growing global investor interest. Enhancing international accessibility is a natural next step in the company's development.

A listing on OTC Markets would also improve secondary market liquidity by broadening the investor base and making the shares easier to trade for international investors.
