(Nedre Vats, 2 May 2025): AutoStore Holdings Ltd (the "Company" or "AutoStore", OSE: AUTO) announces that it has today received notification regarding the acquisition of shares by Andreas Hansson, member of the board of directors, and a primary insider of the Company.

Andreas Hansson has today acquired a total of 100,000 shares in the Company for a total purchase price of NOK 469,631.91, resulting in an average price of NOK 4.6963191 per share, as further described in the attached form.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in article 19 of the Regulation EU 596/2014 (the EU Market Abuse Regulation) and section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
