Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that on 19th of June 2026, the Company received a notification pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point 2 and section 2 point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies (Journal of Laws 2024, item 620) from the shareholder Mr. Thomas Onstad in connection with a change in the ownership of the Company's shares held directly and by a subsidiary of Nemus Holding AB.
