After repurchases completed in accordance with a share repurchase program resolved on by the board of directors of Ambea AB (publ), the company's holding of own shares on 22 February 2023 amounted to 4 757 388 shares, which corresponds to 5,03 percent of the total numbers of shares and votes in the company.
