Financial overview (kSEK)

We have reached an impressive revenue of 360.6 MSEK - an increase of over 230%, compared to the previous year. At the same time, we delivered a strong result with a profit of 14.1 MSEK and a solid cash position of 20.3 MSEK at the end of the year. Despite a negative result in the fourth quarter and a negative cash flow of -4,7 MSEK in second half year, we demonstrated a strong cash flow of 19 MSEK for the year.

Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from ongoing operations increased by 34% during the fourth quarter, reaching 9.4 million SEK (7.1 MSEK during the same period last year).

The Group's earnings per share for 2024 amounted to 8.97 SEK, 462% higher than -2.48 SEK during the same period last year.

A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

It is with pride and confidence in the future that I present Aixia Group's year-end report for 2024 - a year that has not only exceeded expectations but has redefined them. We have achieved an impressive revenue of 360.6 million SEK, an increase of over 230% compared to the previous year. At the same time, we delivered a strong result with a profit of 14.1 million SEK and a solid cash position of 20.3 million SEK at the end of the year. We demonstrated a strong cash flow of 19 million SEK for the year. This provides us with the flexibility to continue investing in innovation and expansion. Thanks to this financial strength, we are proposing, for the first time, a dividend to our shareholders, with 1 SEK per share - a modest but significant milestone in our growth journey, one we hope to increase over time.

We stand at the epicenter of the AI revolution, shaping the industries of tomorrow. 2024 has been a year of strategic breakthroughs for Aixia Group, where we have secured crucial deals with leading players in the automotive industry, software sector, MedTech, and telecommunications. One of our most notable successes is the large order for the AI Megapod, strengthening our position as a top-tier provider of advanced machine learning solutions.

Our collaboration with NVIDIA has been crucial to this journey, and by becoming the first NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD-certified partner in Scandinavia in January 2025, we have taken a significant step forward. This is more than just a title - it is a testament to our technical excellence and our ability to lead the development of deep learning and advanced data processing.

We are moving towards a future where AI will permeate every aspect of our society. Our strategy is clear: we focus on four key areas - manufacturing, the automotive industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and banking & insurance.

The potential of AI technology is limitless in these sectors, where it is driving automation, efficiency, and innovation at a pace we have never seen before.

According to Precedence Research, the global AI market is expected to grow by 19% annually, reaching 4 trillion USD by 2035. This exponential growth presents a unique opportunity for Aixia Group to guide our customers into an AI-driven future.

AiQu - The intelligent engine behind our success

At the heart of our innovation is AiQu, our proprietary AI platform. AiQu redefines how AI workloads are managed and optimized, enabling businesses to scale their AI initiatives efficiently. With features such as intelligent scheduling, edge-to-cloud integration, and cost tracking transparency, AiQu provides a solution that enhances performance and contributes to a more sustainable and energy-efficient AI environment.

In addition to generating direct revenue, AiQu has enabled increased sales of complementary products such as advanced hardware and support services. Furthermore, we are developing AiQu to become a subscription-based service, laying the foundation for scalable and sustainable ARR revenue and strengthening our business model further. The platform's unique capabilities have also helped deepen our collaboration with NVIDIA, as we can offer customers a complete and optimized solution for their AI needs.

The development of AiQu began as early as 2018, driven by our early experience with large-scale AI projects. We recognized the significant challenges of monitoring and orchestrating AI environments early on. The solutions available on the market were often complex, lacked user-friendliness, and missed critical features needed to support modern AI workflows effectively. This was the catalyst for developing AiQu, our proprietary platform for AI workload management. To date, we have invested approximately 10 million SEK in AiQu and continue focusing on improvements and innovations to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of technology.

Our R&D department is a key driving force behind the development of AiQu. We ensure that Aixia Group is always one step ahead in technological development through our ongoing commitment to research and innovation. Our strategy focuses on creating scalable and sustainable ARR revenue by transforming our AI solutions into subscription-based services. We are building a stable and growing revenue model by offering customers long-term value with continuous updates and customizable AI Solutions.

Looking Ahead - The AI Leaders of the Future

Our vision goes far beyond today's successes. With a clear strategy and an unwavering belief in the potential of AI, we aim to reach a revenue of 620 million SEK by 2026 and 987 million SEK by 2028. These goals are ambitious, but with our expertise, technological leadership, and ability to build strategic partnerships, we are confident we can achieve them.
