Aixia Group AB (publ): Aixia and DCAI enter into strategic collaboration for next-generation AI infrastructure

Aixia announces today that the company is entering into a strategic collaboration with the Danish Centre for AI Innovation (DCAI), the operator of the Danish AI supercomputer Gefion. The collaboration aims to contribute to the continued development of DCAI's technical platform and strengthen the AI ​​infrastructure that enables advanced research and AI development for business, the public sector and academia.

Aixia has long built a leading position in advanced AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC) environments and AI platforms. As one of the Nordic region's most experienced Nvidia partners and with extensive experience in designing, implementing and operating complex AI environments, Aixia will contribute both strategic and technical expertise to DCAI's continued development.

As part of the collaboration, Simon Janeck will take on the role of Interim Chief Architect for DCAI. Simon has over ten years of experience in AI infrastructure and is one of the Nordic countries' most renowned specialists in the design, procurement and operation of high-performance GPU platforms. He has been a driving force in several national AI initiatives and has extensive experience in delivering production-critical AI solutions to both research institutions and large companies.

The collaboration marks another step in Aixia's ambition to be a leading partner in AI infrastructure and advanced AI solutions in the Nordics and Europe.
