Eyeon Group AB enters a White Label agreement with Ekomni AB regarding the resale of Eyeon Group's ID protection service as a white label product to Ekomni's customer groups in the Swedish market.
The parties will begin project implementation, with the launch towards Ekomni's consumer market planned for the beginning of 2025
The agreement is initially for one year with automatic 12-month extensions if neither party chooses to terminate the agreement. The agreement is a licensing deal where Eyeon Group will receive a license fee per end-user who subscribes to the service, as well as an implementation fee.
