Adventure Box Technology AB (publ) announces that the planned Annual General Meeting, which was to be held today, is postponed. The reason is a procedural defect in the notice procedure.
During a review of the meeting documents, the company noted that the notice to the Annual General Meeting had not been published in the Swedish Official Gazette (Postoch Inrikes Tidningar), which is a requirement under the Companies Act. To ensure formal correctness and to avoid the risk of the meeting's resolutions being challenged, the company has therefore decided to cancel today's meeting.
A new date for the Annual General Meeting will be announced as soon as possible, and a new correct notice will be published in accordance with current regulations.
