Valuno reaches settlement with Citigiro – pledge on Fenix terminates
Valuno Group AB (publ) announces that the company has today entered into a settlement and regulation agreement with Citigiro Holding AB. Through the agreement, all matters between the parties are settled and the pledge associated with Citigiro Holding AB’s claim will terminate. Valuno thus remains the owner of 100 percent of Fenix Fintech Solutions AB without the previous pledge.
The agreement means that all matters between Valuno Group AB and Citigiro Holding AB are definitively settled and concluded.
The previously acquired banking platform, currently housed in Fenix Solutions AB, is currently undergoing modernization and will in the future be marketed under the Vestri brand. The platform is being further developed within Valuno with a focus on modernized technical infrastructure and continued commercial development.
“Vestri will be an important part of Valuno's future technical platform. We see significant opportunities to further develop the technology and use it as a basis for new services and commercial collaborations. The modernization has already begun and our focus is now on creating value from the platform going forward,” says Peter Liljeroos, CEO of Valuno Group AB.
