Dataproces signs first agreement following strategic partnership
Dataproces has today announced that the company has entered into an agreement with a German municipality for the delivery of a comprehensive school development plan.
The municipality came to Dataproces through the company's strategic partnership with Lexis & Rother Partnerschaftsgesellschaft, which was entered into in June. As part of the agreement, Dataproces took over Lexis & Rother's subscription-based monitoring activities within pupil forecasting and pupil development, along with the associated know-how, working models and established relationships in the German municipal market – an activity that in 2025 generated recurring subscription revenue (ARR) of EUR 14,800, equivalent to approximately DKK 110,600.
The first agreement covers, among other things, pupil forecasting, analyses of school capacity and premises, and an assessment of the municipality's future need for school places and physical facilities. Dataproces will therefore also prepare recommendations for the future organisation and development of the municipality's schools.
The assignment supports Dataproces' strategy of building a stronger professional and commercial position in the German municipal market. The advisory assignments generate revenue in their own right, while also giving Dataproces access to new municipalities and deeper insight into their needs, which over time can form the basis for sales of the company's software solutions within, among other areas, forecasting, capacity planning and municipal management data.
The agreement does not change the company's financial expectations for the 2026/27 financial year.
CEO of Dataproces, Kasper Lund Nødgaard, comments:
It is very positive that the collaboration with Lexis & Rother has already led to the first concrete agreement. The assignment fits directly with the competencies we want to build in Germany, and at the same time gives us the opportunity to establish a relationship with yet another German municipality. Our ambition is both to build a strong advisory business and to use the professional insight and the municipal relationships as a foundation for the sale and development of scalable software solutions. This is exactly the model that the partnership with Lexis & Rother is intended to support.
