Dataproces secures fifth advisory contract in Germany through Lexis & Rother
On Tuesday, Dataproces secured its fifth advisory contract in Germany through its partnership with Lexis & Rother.
Through its strategic partnership with Lexis & Rother, Dataproces has entered into an agreement for a new advisory assignment for a German municipality. The assignment is the fifth sale through the partnership and another concrete result of the company’s strategy to expand its presence in Germany through partnerships and smaller acquisitions that add expertise, customer relationships and market access.
The assignment comprises a concise assessment of expected developments in pupil numbers and the need for parallel classes in the coming years. The analysis is intended to support the municipality’s assessment of the options for adjusting school capacity.
The partnership with Lexis & Rother was announced on 9 June, and as described in the announcement, Dataproces takes over the delivery of assignments within school development, childcare and capacity planning, while Lexis & Rother refers relevant advisory and software opportunities to the company. At the same time, Ulrike Lexis contributes her specialised knowledge and many years of experience from the German municipal market.
The new assignment supports the purpose of the partnership, which is to turn local expertise and established relationships into concrete assignments and thereby build Dataproces’ business in Germany. The advisory work also provides insight into customer needs, which can form the basis for developing and selling scalable software solutions, including Dataproces’ school planning software, KØS: SkoleBlik.
CEO Kasper Lund Nødgaard says:
With the fifth sale through our partnership with Lexis & Rother, we continue to see concrete results from the collaboration. The assignments vary in size and scope, but each one helps build our experience and customer relationships in the German market. That is precisely the purpose of our focus on partnerships, namely to combine local expertise and market insight with our capabilities in data, advisory and software. It generates revenue through concrete assignments and at the same time gives us a foundation for expanding our software business in Germany as part of our growth strategy towards 2030.
Dataproces has also announced that the company’s Chairman of the Board, Mikkel Ulstrup, on Friday 9 October bought 88,509 shares in Dataproces at a volume-weighted average price of DKK 3.809 per share, corresponding to a total purchase price of DKK 337,131.
