Tobii’s Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Per Norman, Carl Mellander, Charlotta Falvin and Henrik Eskilsson as ordinary board members. The Nomination Committee also proposes that Per Norman is re-elected as Chairman of the Board. John Elvesjö has declined re-election, and the Nomination Committee therefore proposes election of Mårten Skogö as a new member of the Board of Directors.
Mårten Skogö co-founded Tobii together with John Elvesjö and Henrik Eskilsson and is one of the larger shareholders in the company. He has had several leading roles within the company and previously served on the Board of Directors between 2019-2021.
The Nomination Committee’s full proposal will be presented in the official notice of Tobii’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on May 7, 2026.
Tobii’s Nomination Committee consists of Henrik Tellving (appointed by Henrik Eskilsson), Mårten Skogö, John Elvesjö and Per Norman, Chairman of the Board.
