Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) has today given notice to Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) as agent under the senior secured callable fixed rate PIK toggle bonds 2024/2028 with ISIN NO0013326041 (the "Bonds") that the interest payment due on 3 April 2026 will be made in kind. The interest payment will be made by way of increasing the nominal amount per Bond in a principal amount equal to accrued but unpaid interest (rounded down to the nearest SEK 1) at a rate of 13 per cent. per annum, in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Bonds.
