The board of Solid Clouds hf convenes the Annual General Meeting on Friday, 28 April 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the main auditorium of Arion Bank, Borgartún 19, Reykjavík
Agenda:
- Election of the director of the meeting
- Report of the board on the previous year’s operations
- Approval of the Company’s annual financial statements for the previous operational year
- A decision on the disposition of the Company’s profit or loss on the previous year’s operations
- Approval of the Company’s wages and terms policy
- Election of members and alternates to the board of the Company
- A proposal to amend the Articles of Association
- Election of the Company’s auditor
- A decision on remuneration to the Company’s directors and sub-committees
- Other matters
- Presentation of the progress of the Company’s latest game, Starborne Frontiers
