The shares have been purchased at a price equal to the volume-weighted average share price of the Sentia share on Oslo Børs during the period 2–8 June 2026, less a discount of 20%, i.e. NOK 58.17368 per share. Shares purchased through the share purchase program are subject to a one-year lock-up period.
