Joachim Berner has informed the nomination committee that he declines re-election as Chairman of the board at Seafire. Based on this, the nomination committee intends to propose re-election of Anders Hillerborg, Marcus Söderberg and Stina Wollenius together with election of Sonny Mirborn for the period until the next AGM. In addition, the nomination committee’s updated proposal includes Anders Hillerborg to be elected as Chairman of the board.
