Change of number of shares and votes in Astor Group

Pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (Sw. lagen (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument), Swedish companies whose shares are listed on a regulated market and that are increasing or reducing the total number of shares or votes in the company are to disclose such changes on the last trading day the same month. Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) announces that as of today, 31 July 2026, there are a total of 71 042 355 shares and votes in the Company. The share capital amounts to SEK 18 732 735,920639.

The number of shares and votes in the Company increased by 8 799 623 shares and votes, respectively, in July 2026 as a result of the directed rights issue to the sellers of Nordic Shield Group AB.
