Hitachi Energy and Quant have agreed to renew partnership agreements for maintenance, logistics and waste handling services. These agreements are expected to generate an average annual revenue of SEK 130 million (EUR 11.5 million) until 2026. The agreements include an option for an extension for a further two years. This is an extension of the previous agreement from 2019 and will not affect the value of Quant’s contract portfolio.

As part of the contract renewal, Hitachi Energy and Quant have agreed on a long-term strategic development plan for how Quant will actively support Hitachi Energy through its growth journey in the forthcoming years. The focus areas of this collaboration include ensuring world-class occupational health, safety, and environment (OHSE) performance, excellence in all service processes, core competence in technical areas, and leveraging digitalization as a key enabler for enhanced productivity, among other strategic objectives.
