Prisma Properties AB (publ) has published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025, now available in Swedish on the company’s website: https://prismaproperties.se/en/investor/reports-presentations/.

An English translation of the report will be published on the website before the Annual General Meeting on April 29.
 
“2025 was Prisma’s first full year as a listed company, a year in which the company evolved from a clear project developer into a strong property owner with stable cash flows, attractive tenants and a distinct strategic niche.
 
Throughout the year, we continued to grow through project development and strategic acquisitions. In total, we acquired and took possession of 33 modern retail properties with leading tenants across our segments. During the summer, we established a presence in Finland, where we built a platform with a property value exceeding SEK 1 billion by the end of the year. We have now delivered positive net letting for twelve consecutive quarters. Earnings per share increased by 41 percent in 2025, and by as much as 63 percent since the IPO in June 2024.
 
We enter 2026 with strong momentum. Market conditions have improved, while investor interest across all our segments remains strong. We see increasing opportunities to both acquire and develop properties within the grocery segment,” says CEO Fredrik Mässing.
