Further to the company’s earlier announcement regarding an acting CEO, Nord Insuretech Group AB announces that Jan Petter Myhrstad will step down permanently from his role as Chief Executive Officer.
The Board and Jan Petter Myhrstad have agreed on a permanent transition, concluding the temporary arrangement previously communicated by the company. Jan Petter Myhrstad will remain available to support the company in the handover process as needed.
Ole-Morten Settevik will continue as interim CEO. The company’s strategy, priorities and business operations remain unchanged.
