Nord Insuretech Group AB today announces that Board member Ole Morten Settevik has been appointed Acting CEO, effective immediately.

The appointment follows CEO Jan Petter Myhrstad taking a temporary leave of absence until 31 December 2026. During this period, Settevik will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Company. Myhrstad will be available for handover and support as needed.

The Company’s strategy and expectations remain unchanged.
