Increased number of shares and votes in NOBA Bank Group AB (publ)

During October 2026, the number of shares and votes in NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) ("NOBA") increased following the exercise of warrants to subscribe for a total of 95,518 shares. The newly issued shares have been allotted to current and previous members of NOBA’s management team pursuant to restricted stock units (RSU) that were granted in connection with the admission to trading of NOBA’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm in September 2025.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 500,095,518 shares and votes in NOBA.
