Neptunia Invest AB (publ) has mandated Nordea Bank Abp to arrange meetings with bond investors starting 17 March 2026 to assess the feasibility of issuing senior unsecured bonds with a floating rate and a tenor of three years and three months and an expected volume of SEK 200 million, under a framework of SEK one billion (the "Bonds"). A capital markets transaction may follow, subject to, inter alia, prevailing market conditions.

The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including, but not limited to, investments.
