CEO Anders Dahl leaves Nepa – search for successor initiated
Anders Dahl has notified the Board of Directors of Nepa AB (publ) that he has decided to resign from his position as CEO. Anders will remain in his role during a transition period and will leave Nepa during the first quarter of 2027.
Anders has served as CEO of Nepa since early 2024, having initially joined as Interim COO in 2023. During his tenure, Nepa has undertaken a comprehensive transformation focused on increasing scalable recurring revenue, rightsizing the cost base, simplifying the operating model, strengthening commercial execution and consolidating its technology platform.
These measures have created a more resilient recurring revenue base and a structurally lower cost base. In the second quarter of 2026, ARR grew by 16.4 percent to SEK 140.9 million, net revenue retention reached 101.0 percent and churn declined to 0.7 percent. Underlying subscription revenue grew at a double-digit rate for the second consecutive quarter, while the company continued to improve its earnings profile.
