The Board of Directors of NeoDynamics AB (publ) ("NeoDynamics" or the "Company") has prepared a supplement (the “Supplement”) to the prospectus that was published on 31 July 2023 (the "Prospectus") due to the press release issued on August 9, 2023, that NeoDynamics have received its first US order from top university hospital.

The Supplement has been prepared due to NeoDynamics, after the publication of the Prospectus, on August 9, 2023, through a press release announced that NeoDynamics received its first US order for its primary product NeoNavia® from a prominent university hospital specializing in the treatment of breast cancer. However modest in size, the Company’s view is that the order will serve as an important reference as the commercial rollout of NeoNavia® continues throughout the U.S. The press release has been published in full on the Company’s website www.neodynamics.com.

The Supplement has been prepared in accordance with Art. 23 of the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “Prospectus Regulation”) and has today, on August 11, 2023, been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Investors who, prior to the publication of the Supplement have subscribed or otherwise consented to subscription of Units in the Rights Issue have the right, in accordance with Art. 23 of the Prospectus Regulation, exercisable within two working days after the publication of the supplement, to withdraw their acceptances, i.e. until August 15, 2023. Withdrawal shall be exercised by sending of an email to info@nordic-issuing.se. Investors who have subscribed through a nominee should contact their nominee in respect of withdrawals. Subscriptions not withdrawn within the two working days, remains binding and investors who wants their subscription to remain does not need to take any action.
