STOCKHOLM – Jan 21st, 2026 – Mentimeter, the leading everyday engagement platform, today announced the appointment of Neal Watkins and Ingrid Bojner to its Board of Directors.

The appointments come as Mentimeter sharpens its role in helping leaders and organizations adapt to a world where AI accelerates execution, but human alignment becomes the true constraint.

As powerful AI tools make the “what” increasingly abundant, the challenge for leaders is shifting to the “how”: how to align people, how to make better collective decisions, and how to ensure faster execution moves in the same direction. Mentimeter’s platform sits at the center of this shift: helping organizations surface perspectives, build shared understanding, and turn participation into insight.

Neal Watkins joins the board with deep experience and expertise in market led product leadership and AI-powered software. With a history of leading global product teams and working across startups, scale-up and public software businesses focused on building, operating and providing advisory support to delivering strong product led commercial results.

Ingrid Bojner brings a strong background in global leadership, growth, and governance. Her broad experience in building thriving businesses will be particularly valuable as Mentimeter scales its platform responsibly in an AI-driven world, where trust, ethics, and long-term impact matter as much as speed and innovation.

“Leadership won’t be replaced by AI, but leadership that doesn’t evolve will disappear,” said Johnny Warström, co-founder and CEO of Mentimeter. “As AI increases execution power across organizations, the limiting factor becomes human alignment. Neal and Ingrid bring exactly the perspectives we need as we build products that help leaders communicate more clearly, include more voices, and align faster in an increasingly volatile world.”

Katarina Bonde, Chairperson of Mentimeter’s Board of Directors, added:
“Mentimeter plays a unique role at the intersection of technology and human judgment. Neal and Ingrid both bring thoughtful, strategic perspectives that strengthen the board as the company continues to evolve in the AI era.”
