Medclair has appointed Anette Franzén as Head of Marketing and Sina Sharif as Head of Finance. These appointments bring key expertise in marketing, communications, investor relations, and financial management, and strengthen the company's foundation for continued international expansion, increased visibility, and long-term value creation.
Anette Franzén has more than 15 years of experience from senior roles in marketing, communications, and business development within international operations. In her role as Head of Marketing, she is responsible for Medclair's brand, communications, and investor relations. A key focus area will be to further develop the company's communication with the capital markets, increase awareness of Medclair, and clarify the value and growth potential that the company creates.
Sina Sharif has a solid background in auditing, financial management, and financial control, with experience from firms including PwC and WeAudit. As Head of Finance, he is responsible for the company's finance function and for further developing the financial processes in line with the company's continued growth and international expansion.
“Medclair is in an exciting phase of development with a growing international presence and increasing demand for our solutions. To capitalize on the opportunities ahead of us, we continue to invest in the organization. Anette will play an important role in developing our communications and strengthening the dialogue with investors and the capital markets. This involves both increasing awareness of Medclair and more clearly communicating the value we create through our technology, our customer relationships, and our international expansion. At the same time, Sina strengthens the financial platform required for continued growth and expansion”, says Jonas Lundh, CEO of Medclair.
