The rating Outstanding is only given to properties that demonstrate a very high level of sustainability and efficient use of resources.

The fact that Nässjö Utveckling 1 achieves BREEAM In-Use Outstanding is a clear acknowledgement of the high ambition that has existed throughout the project – from development and completion to management.
