Johan Kempas, Kamux Sweden’s Managing Director and a member of the Group Management Team, has decided to leave Kamux to join another employer. He will continue in his current position until mid-May 2026. The recruitment process for the new Managing Director for Kamux Sweden will be started immediately.
 
CEO Juha Kalliokoski: “I would like to thank Johan warmly for his contribution to developing Kamux Sweden’s operations and the local management team and organization. Under Johan's leadership, we have succeeded in turning the Swedish operations to the right direction and building a foundation for profitability. We will continue this work, and Johan will be involved for another six months to ensure that the development that has started well continues.”
 
Johan Kempas: “I have enjoyed my work at Kamux and am very pleased with what we have achieved together. However, I unexpectedly received an offer that will enable our family to return to our hometown, which has long been a dream of ours. That is why I will be leaving my position at Kamux next spring. Until then, I will continue to work with the Kamux team to develop growth and profitability in Sweden.”
