Intellego Technologies AB (publ) (“Intellego” or “the Company”) refers in this regard to its press release published at 08:30 on 13 October 2025.
Nasdaq previously conducted a supervisory review regarding the Company’s press release dated 18 November 2024 concerning the expanded collaboration with Likang, and the press release’s compliance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). As part of that supervisory review, Nasdaq was given access to the agreement referred to in the Company’s press release. The supervisory matter was closed on 4 March 2025 without further action.
Unfortunately, the Company has used the term “approved” instead of “closed” (“written off”) as this was how the Company interpreted the closing of the supervisory matter. Nasdaq has therefore not approved the Likang agreement, but rather closed a supervisory review related to the press release.
Nasdaq has requested that the Company issue this correction and inform the market that Nasdaq has submitted additional questions concerning, among other things, the Likang agreement. The Company will cooperate fully with Nasdaq and looks forward to all outstanding matters being clarified.
