Impala Nordic initiates coverage on Divio Technologies AB (publ) (“Divio” or the “Company”) and publishes a teaser analysis of the Company.

Divio develops and commercializes a cloud management platform targeting digital agencies and development teams. The Company is currently executing an operational turnaround, with a new sales strategy while reducing its cost base. This has yielded tangible results, with 35% net sales growth and its first full year of positive EBITDA in 2025. Net sales amounted to 34.1 MSEK in 2025, of which 25.8 MSEK was recurring subscription revenue. Despite this progress, the Company trades at only 1.5x ARR post dilution from the impending share issue, with proceeds primarily earmarked to strengthen the balance sheet while covering some OPEX.
