Holmström Fastigheter divests property in Stockholm

On 6 November 2025, Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (Publ) (“Holmström Fastigheter”), through a subsidiary, signed an agreement with Linköpingsinvest AB (“Vasaparken”) regarding the sale of the property Fajansen 11, located in Stockholm. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 135 million. Closing is scheduled for 1 December 2025.
