Copenhagen, Denmark, 9 December 2023 – FluoGuide A/S (“FluoGuide” or the “Company”) today announces that Grethe Nørskov Rasmussen (CDO) has sold shares.
Member of the Executive Management Grethe Nørskov Rasmussen has sold 30,000 shares in the Company at an average share price of SEK 66.494.
After the sale Grethe holds 343,185 shares in the Company corresponding to 2.79% of the votes and capital.
