*** Robin Blomqvist (Member of the Board, Fifax) owns 30 percent of Beroson Consulting Oy Ab. He also also owns indirectly 8 percent of Helmet Capital through Ekbo Capital Ab (wholly owned by Blomqvist). Beroson Consulting Oy Ab owns 12 percent of Helmet Capital. Additionally, Blomqvist directly holds 25,900 Fifax shares and 7,248 shares through wholly-owned Ekbo Capital Ab.
