After a first half-year of continued growth, Exsitec is this week welcoming 113 new employees in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Of these 113 new employees, 77 enthusiastic talents will participate in Exsitec's trainee program in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, following a selection process with over 2,800 applicants.
– The trainee program is part of the company's DNA and strongly characterizes our culture. It is also the most important building block for us to be able to provide the competence our customers demand. We are incredibly keen to find the right talent and are proud of our solid recruitment process that ensures future IT experts. Now we look forward to providing first-class training for our newly hired trainees, which lays the foundation for our customers' continued digitization journey, says Emma Billenius, Group HR at Exsitec.
Exsitec has also welcomed 23 employees to the newly launched Sales Talent Program. These 23 individuals bring varied experiences and skills, and over the course of six months, they will all learn Exsitec's business process and sales.
– Our results during the first half of 2024, with growth and very good profitability, give us the opportunity to launch new initiatives like the Sales Talent Program.
