Hørsholm, Denmark, 6 June 2026 – ExpreS2ion Biotech Holding AB (“ExpreS2ion”) announces that the Annual Report for the financial year 2025 has been published. The Annual Report is available as an attachment to this press release and can be accessed on the Company’s website at: https://investor.expres2ionbio.com/financial-reports/
The Annual Report provides a comprehensive overview of ExpreS2ion’s operational activities during 2025 and includes additional information regarding the Company’s full-year 2025 financial results. While the financial figures are consistent with those previously disclosed in the year-end report published in February 2026, the Annual Report contains expanded financial note disclosures and additional context on strategic and operational developments during the year.
The Swedish version of the Annual Report has been reviewed by the Company’s auditors, as confirmed in the Auditor’s Report included at the end of the document. In the event of discrepancies between the Swedish and English versions, the Swedish version shall prevail.
