Enersize today announces that the company has agreed a pilot project focused on leakage management in compressed air systems with a leading industrial group in the mechanical engineering sector. The pilot will be carried out at one of the customer’s most important production sites and includes leak detection and repair work. For the customer, the initiative is expected to deliver an estimated Return on Investment (ROI) of approximately three months.
The work began with Enersize on site to demonstrate what Enersize can deliver in the customer’s operating environment in terms of tangible results. Following the initial effort, the customer has chosen to place additional orders, and the pilot’s rapid payback combined with the identified energy-saving potential now provides a strong foundation for expanding the service over time to the customer’s other facilities.
Compressed air systems often account for a significant share of industrial energy consumption, and inefficiencies caused by leakage lead to unnecessary costs and emissions. The project therefore aligns with Enersize’s focus on energy efficiency and sustainability services, and illustrates how successfully executed projects and satisfied customers can pave the way for continued expansion.
“We are very pleased with the potential of the pilot project. Achieving full ROI in approximately three months is strong proof of the service’s effectiveness and our technical expertise. It also confirms that our efforts deliver both cost savings and a direct contribution to the customer’s sustainability targets through reduced energy consumption and CO₂ footprint,” says Fredrik Arrigucci, CEO of Enersize.
Enersize looks forward to continuing the dialogue with the customer regarding a broader collaboration and to delivering measurable results that strengthen both operational and environmental objectives.
