Francesca Smedberg has been appointed as Chief Product Officer (CPO) and she will be joining the Executive Management Team, of Enento Group Plc, effective 16 March 2026. She will report directly to CEO Teppo Paavola. Interim Chief Product Officer Sami Lankinen will return to his previous position as Head of Strategy Execution Office. 
 
Francesca Smedberg will play a central role in strengthening Enento’s Nordic-wide product strategy, accelerating innovation, and ensuring that product development supports both local market needs and long-term Group growth. The CPO will oversee Enento’s product portfolio, drive strategic prioritization, and enhance cross-country collaboration to ensure scalable, customer-centric product development. 
 
Francesca Smedberg is an accomplished B2B SaaS product leader with a proven track record in building high-performing, commercially focused product organizations and driving significant growth through strategic vision, innovation, and AI integration. With extensive experience leading product and engineering teams at companies such as Rillion and Ipsos, Francesca Smedberg has demonstrated expertise in scaling teams, launching new platforms, and expanding into international markets. Her leadership has resulted in measurable improvements in revenue, customer retention and operational efficiency, making her an ideal choice to guide Enento’s product strategy and accelerate its growth as CPO.
