Oslo, Norway --- Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Elliptic Laboratories ASA (OSE: ELABS) (the "Company") on 5 March 2026 regarding the successfully placed private placement of new shares (the "Private Placement") and potential subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering").

The Company hereby convenes an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 27 March 2026 at 10:00 CET (the "EGM").

The Company's board of directors (the "Board") has proposed that the EGM approves the issue of 10,522,500 new shares under tranche two of the Private Placement. Furthermore, the Board has proposed an authorisation to increase the Company's share capital for the purposes of the Subsequent Offering and the renewal of a 10% authorisation to increase the share capital, as granted by the Company's annual general meeting held on 21 May 2025.
