Divio Technologies AB announced yesterday that the Board of Directors has resolved to carry out a directed share issue and a rights issue of units in order to accelerate the Company’s Agency strategy and strengthen the balance sheet.
In connection with the announced transaction, Divio invites shareholders and investors to a live digital presentation where the Company’s management will provide further information about the capital raise, including the structure, terms and timetable of the announced rights issue, as well as its background and use of proceeds.
