Citira Holding AB (publ) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier, Pareto Securities, and SEB to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Tuesday 26 May 2026.
A new senior secured bond issue of EUR 60 million may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions. Net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes (including, but not limited to, acquisitions and investments).
