Capita plc – Directorate Change

Capita plc (the “Company”) announces that Neelam Dhawan has advised the Board of her decision to step down as an independent non‑executive director with immediate effect, in order to focus on her increasing business commitments, particularly in India.

Neelam was appointed to the Board in March 2021 and has served on the Company’s Audit & Risk, Remuneration, Nomination and Responsible Business Committees during her tenure.
