Through its wholly-owned subsidiary NHST Media Group AS, NHST Holding (NHST) is participating with NOK 10 million in a new equity issue for Norkon Computing Systems AS (Norkon). 
Norkon is a Norwegian real-time SaaS technology company specializing in products for the media and financial services industries.
Through the share issue, Norkon is raising NOK 25 million to finance its further growth. 
Investors in the issues are Idekapital Fund 2 AS (Idekapital), participating with NOK 15 million, in addition to NHST Media Group. 
Before the new issue, NHST owns 29,7% of the shares in Norkon through Dagens Næringsliv AS. Following the issue, the combined ownership interest of the NHST companies will be 31,7 %.
The issue prices Norkon at NOK 100 million prior to the issue. As part of the transaction, Norkon is issuing certain warrants to Idekapital and NHST to subscribe to further shares in the future.
