Håkon Reistad Fure will resign as a member of the Board of Directors of Avida Holding AB (publ). His resignation from the board is linked to a change of his personal employment situation. 

“I would like to thank Håkon for his contributions to Avida over the past five years, he has been an important driving force to the company´s growth”, says Geir Olsen, Chairman of the Board of Avida. 
 
Håkon Reistad Fure will resign from the Board of Directors May 1 and the remaining members constitute the regular Board until the next Annual General Meeting in Avida Holding AB (publ).
