Audientes ("Audientes" or the "Company"), CVR 36047631, has previously announced the agreement with Shenzhen Hengtong Partner Company Ltd. ("Hengtong") for the distribution and sale of Audientes' products in China. In connection with the signing of the agreement, it was also decided on a directed issue to Shenzhen Hengtong Partner Company Ltd. The directed issue has now been registered with the Danish Business Authority and Audientes has received DKK 1.0 million before issue costs.
The directed issue
Through the directed issue, DKK 1,000,000 was added to the Company before issue costs of approximately DKK 100,000. The subscription price amounted to DKK 0.2807 per share. Through the Directed Issue, the number of shares and votes in the Company increased by 3,562,522 to 39,150,472 shares and the Company's share capital was increased by DKK 356,252.20 to DKK 3,915,047.20. The issue entails a dilution effect of 9.10 percent in relation to the number of shares in the Company. The dilution effect is calculated by dividing the number of new shares and votes by the total number of shares and votes in the Company after registration of the new shares.
The issue proceeds will be used for further development of sales and related activities.
