Oslo, 16 June 2021 - Xplora Technologies AS (ŽXploraŽ) is pleased to announce
the appointment of Kristin Hellebust as the group's new Chief Commercial Officer
(CCO). Kristin has been a devoted Director of Xplora Technologies since July
2020 and is now taking on an even wider and more dedicated role in a newly
established position in Xplora.

Kristin brings extensive experience within the media- and entertainment industry
as well as with technology management. Kristin comes to Xplora most recently as
co-founder and CEO of Nordisk Film Shortcut since 2010. Previously, Kristin has
practiced as a lawyer at Selmer DA and co-founder and Managing Director at Storm
Studios. Kristin has also served as board member for multiple private as well as
publicly listed companies since 2015. She holds a Cand. Jur from the University
of Oslo, Master of Management, Finance Strategy Program from BI and Executive
MBA from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Kristin will take on the position no later than 1 September 2021 and work out of
the Oslo office. She will as a result of the new appointment step down from her
current position as Director on the Board of Xplora Technologies at the upcoming
AGM.
