Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from SoftOx Solutions AS
(the "Company") on 24 February 2021 regarding the allocation and issuance of
offer shares in the employee offering and to the stock exchange announcement
made on 4 March 2021 regarding the final allocation of the offer shares in the
subsequent offering. 

The share capital increase of NOK 3,286.96 divided on 164,348 new shares in the
employee offering and of NOK 3,636.36 divided on 181,818 new shares in the
subsequent offering has today been registered in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).  

Following the share capital increase, the new share capital in the Company is
NOK 183,369.36 divided into 9,168,468 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.02. 

The new shares will be listed and tradable on Euronext Growth Oslo from issuance
in the Central Securities Depository (VPS).
